As·cen·sion comes from the Latin word ascension – “the act of rising to an important position or a higher level.”

Some years ago, I came across an incredibly good bottle of Argentinian Malbec from the oldest estate in the country, Ascencion. While enjoying, I could not help but think about all the incredible work that went into the viticulture required to produce the magic in this bottle. Wine takes time. Good wine takes attention and care to a whole new level, constantly striving to make the best conditions possible for a memorable outcome. This is exactly how I have always approached transformational business opportunities in service operations and customer experience – rising to a whole new level.

Ascension Dynamics, LLC. was founded by Lincoln Hanscom, a global customer experience and service and support executive with over 25 years of experience in startups, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies leading large-scale service and support teams and the businesses they support. From carrying a bag in the field, to leading technical field teams globally, growing mission-critical service business lines that contributed to profitable growth, and excelling in the matrix as a true customer advocate, this broad experience brings unique solutions to bear that always keep the customer at the center of decision making.
